A Good Day To Start Anew...

Ladies an Gentlemen (ok, who am I kidding...how many men actually read my blog?  I'm guessing zero...) today is the day!  The Challenge Take Two starts TODAY!!!  It's not too late to sign up!

So...you know the drill...click here for more info.  Click here to view the spreadsheet we'll be using.  We currently have 8 people signed up, that's $80 for 1st place, $48 for 2nd and $32 for 3rd.  The more people signed up, the bigger the prize money!!

And, a few more incentives:

* You could win big money!  Last Challenge, the winner (Rachel K) took home a whopping $110!!!

* The workout can be anything you want as long as it hits the three requirements:
-Must be 30 minutes or more of continuous activity
     -Must break a sweat
     -Must elevate your heart rate
Notice I didn't say you had to kill yourself.  Or that it had to be running, or weights.  You can:
      -Take a brisk walk
      -Swim
      -Power clean your house
-Do some yoga (trust me, if you aren't sweating, you aren't doing it right)
-Make some sweet, sweet love to your spouse
      -Ice skate
      -Grocery shop with a purpose
Anything, and I mean, ANYTHING that raises your heart rate, causes you to break a sweat and takes 30 minutes counts as a workout!

*If counting calories isn't going to help you start/maintain a healthy lifestyle, then set up a plan that will and stick to that for your "C" each day.  As long as it's something related to food (it's healthy eating and exercise that make you healthy and fit-one without the other isn't going to do it) and you're consistent in measuring it, almost anything will work.  If you need help figuring out what that might be, let me know and we'll come up with something!  Maybe it's cutting out sugar because your sweet tooth sabotages your healthy eating.  Maybe carbs are the culprit and you want to limit those.  Is it alcohol that's filling your body with empty calories?  Do you struggle to get enough fruits/veg or protein?  Customize it to your needs to help you meet your goals!

So...all your questions are answered, what are you waiting for?  Send me your email and get started today!
